　　马萨诸塞大学卢维尔分校成立于1894年，是一所公立大学，以前大学的名字是“University of Lowell”。在这所只有2%黑人学生的学府，学生选修最多的学科，依次是商科管理(28%)、工程(20%)、健康科学(8%)、公共事务(7%)、工程科技(5%)。前一两年有3,986人投考，共3,026人获录取，颇为容易考取。
